The Scariest Locations in Resident Evil 4:

Regenerators:

Fans of the franchise who have played the original title will certainly be aware of Resident Evil 4's focus on action balanced out with horror. While the original has a primary focus on its combat, it also does not shy away from some of the more horrifying aspects of the Las Plagas.

The most memorable moment for many fans of the game is the introduction of the Regenerators and Iron Maidens in the latter stages of Resident Evil 4, which would have taken many by surprise given the fact that the Island section is the most controversial due to its action-heavy tone.

Despite these enemies not being particularly fast, it is the nature of them and the level of danger they present if you are not equipped with the required 'Infrared Scope', or if they get close enough.

Colmillos (Infected Dogs):

While these enemies are not particularly tied down to one section in the game, the garden maze stands as one of the scariest locations in Resident Evil 4. These Plagas-infected dogs appear at the most unexpected times despite you hearing their growling close by, and the game does a great job at testing your reaction speed.

Even when replaying the game, it can very well still leave you jumping and rushing to take down your targets.
