Given the fact that she can be unlocked rather early in the game, by completing one of the earlier floors of the Spyral Abyss, many players use Xiangling from the earlier stages of it but left her on the sidelines after reaching higher world levels.
That way, she may not be the star of many teams, but her strength lies in her adaptability, as she can be used extremely well both as a high-level DPS and as an enabler.
We will now show you two builds geared to help you cook your enemies to a crisp and serve them an unhealthy dose of damage. So get your plate ready and let's go!
A Big Dose of Physical Damage
As we said above, Xiangling is a character that can work well as a DPS, provided if that you can supply her with the necessary artifacts and the right weapon for the job, due to her high attack speed and high base attack.
For this build, physical damage is key, so you should focus on artifacts that increase her ability to deal damage with her normal attacks. for that, using a 4 piece Gladiator's Finale is advised for most cases, as well as the use of a 2 piece Gladiator's Finale, for an 18% attack increase, and a 2 piece Bloodstained Chivalry, which gives a 25% physical damage bonus. We recommend the use of a Physical DMG Goblet.
In the weapons department, we advised that you use the Primordial Jade Winged-Spear, a 5-star weapon that gives you additional DMG per hit. On the 4-star department, the Crescent Pike would be our main choice, for its ability and its stat, with the Deathmatch coming as a close second, for its CRIT Rate stat.
As for talents, focus on her normal attack first. Another tip, a team composition with Xinyan can prove to be excellent for this build since she gives a physical damage bonus to all characters protected by her shield.
Bring on the Heat
Fire is in the heart of every cook, and the Star and Head Chef of the Wanmin Restaurant knows that better than anyone!
In this build, we will focus on her Elemental Skill, ''Guoba Attack'', and Elemental Skill, ''Pyronado'' to give a high dose of pyro damage to all that stand in the party's way.
The key to this build is on its ability to keep her Elemental Burst available frequently and using her elemental skill to create an opening for various reactions. We recommend the use of the Skyward Spine for its energy recharge sub-stat and its high attack, on the 4-star side, the Favonius Lance is recommended as if makes gathering energy way easier, the Dragon's Bane is also a great choice since it offers a boost in Pyro Damage.
On the artifact's side, focus on a 2 piece Gladiator's Finale, 2 piece Crimson Witch of Flames, for its 15% Pyro DMG Bonus, with a Pyro DMG goblet, to increase even more the damage of its elemental attacks. If you plan on using her to create the reactions, a 4 piece Crimson Witch of Flames is ideal;
