Borderlands 3 Amara Build: Shock-Enraged Amara [level 65, Mayhem 11] + SAVE FILE

This new Borderlands 3 Amara Build is focused on the Re-Volter shield, Splash Damage, and Phasecast Action Skill. It will be Maliwan Allegiance Amara that hits hard and takes no prisoners. You can find this Borderlands 3 Amara Save File at the bottom of the article.

Important! All the items are perfect rolls. If you do not want to download the file you can only gather inspiration for the build and try to replicate something similar in the game. The build contains gear from all the DLCs to Borderlands 3.

Borderlands 3 Amara Build Explanation

This is my brand new Shock-Enraged Amara build. It relies heavily on the Re-Volter shield, that will multiply our damage and add a lot of shock element to it. The name comes from the shield's passive that will grant us that same effect. This whole build is based around shock weapons, shock grenades, making our elemental damage as high as possible. We are using Splash Maliwan Weapons, and Maliwan Company Man artifact to further boost our damage dealt.

This build also allows us to use our Phasecast skill with the Reverberation variant. It deals a lot of damage, and you will be able to one-shot most of the enemies in the game with it. For bosses, you either want to simply shoot the gun or kill an enemy next to it and wait for the Remnant to do its job and kill it for you.
