Today at Square Enix Presents we got all the information we wanted about the New Life Is Strange Game, Life is Strange: True Colors. We now know the name of the game, some story elements, and the release date.

With the Ultimate Edition of the New Life Is Strange Game, we also have some more interesting news for the fans of the series.

We had some leaks a while back. Were they true? Find out down below.

Life Is Strange Series

Life Is Strange

Life is Strange is an amazing series that started with DONTNOD Entertainment creating Life is Strange 1. It had an original story, some romantic options, and very believable characters. The main protagonist Max and her friend Chloe. The mechanic that made it even more interesting was the ability to rewind time for a short amount. Since it is a game all about choices and story, it became a very important element of the game. You could rewind time a couple of minutes to change your choices and impact the story in another way.

Life is Strange: Before The Storm

Life is Strange: Before The Storm was created by another studio. Deck Nine created that prequel to the original Life Is Strange. The game was about Chloe’s past and a love story involving Rachel. In my opinion, it was even better than the original. We did not have the ability to rewind time, but because of that all the choices felt even more impactful and the relationship between Chloe and Rachel was insanely realistic and emotional.

Life is Strange 2

The game was created by the original creator of the series DONTOND Entertainment. It told a completely different story, not connected to the 2 previous games. It was also an episodic game, but the main focus was on the history of the two brothers. I do not want to give away any spoilers for those who did not play the game and intend to so all I will say is about their emotions, adventures, and coping with what life throws under their feet.

New Life is Strange Game

The New Life is Strange Game is called Life is Strange: True Colors. It is developed by the studio behind Life Is Strange: Before The Storm. It was in production in 2017. It will tell a story about a whole new cast of characters.

Our protagonist is a girl named Alex that arrives at a beautiful mountain town called Haven Springs. You will meet some old friends of hers, as well as make new ones. Developers mentioned that we will meet these new friends, who may also be our romantic interests in Ryan and a returning Steph from Life is Strange: Before The Storm.

She has some interesting powers of her own. It is an unparallel empathic ability. It senses the emotions of other people displaying their aura. She can also understand the cause of their emotions and feel them herself. You are able to explore the town, find people in need, sense their emotions, and just feel them yourself as a player.

Life is Strange: True Colors release will take place on September 10th, 2021 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One X/S, Xbox Series X/S, and Stadia.

Below you can see the trailer for the game as well as more BIG news included in the Ultimate Edition of the New Life is Strange Game.
