First things first, together with Hades' Sigil of the Dead, Persephone's Pom Blossom can be considered one of the last keepsakes players will unlock in the game if they follow the predetermined order since is given to Zagreus by his birth-mother Persephone, after unlocking the game's true ending and reuniting the royal family.

After unlocking the game's true ending, Zagreus will be able to find Persephone in the House of Hades, and, just like with almost all the other NPCs in the game, she will give Zagreus the Pom Blossom Keepsake after being gifted with one bottle of Nectar.

What does the Pom Blossom Keepsake do?

The Pom Blossom keepsake offers one of the handiest effects in the game, leveling up one of your boons per 6/5/4 chambers visited.

The keepsake is ideal for those looking for a more thoughtful run, using a few high-leveled buffs, and focused on determining aspects. Using it in Tartarus can be extremely handy to update your boons early on, as well as later in the run, after unlocking a good amount of boons, if you plan to focus on getting even stronger and fortifying its attributes.

With all that said, it's good to fortify that the levels gained from the keepsake will stay even after unequipping it. That means that you can still equip the boss-oriented ones, and damage nullifiers against the game's most tricky shades. We are looking at you, Elysium Greatshields.

It's important to point out that Infernal Throve chambers, as well as Chiron chambers, are not considered applicable for the boon's effect, so, if you plan to make full use of its effect, go after blood and pay no mercy to the shades that dare stand in your way.

You can play Hades right now on PC, via Steam, and in the Epic Games Store, as well as in the Nintendo Switch. The game will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X on August 13th.
