Inside the safe, you will find a Plate Carrier and a Lockwood 300. The latter is a powerful shotgun that will allow you to do this mission not so silently after all. You can go in guns blazing and kill everyone, then Diego and retrieve the Keycard if you please.
How to Reach El Sin Nombre Safe?
From when the mission starts in order to find and reach the safe you need to go up to the second floor. You need to locate Diego's room. Inside you will be able to find a closet with doors that slide down. Open the closed and you will find the safe.
As we mentioned, the safe is completely optional so you will not miss anything story-related. However, it is a nice easter egg and you can get a powerful shotgun for the rest of this mission.
