Wraith is a playable Operator character available in the multiplayer modes of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, added to the game with Season Three. Wraith is a member of the Ex-NIS, Perseus unit in the Warsaw Pact faction.

This ex-Norwegian Intelligence Services alpine warfare specialist-turned-Perseus-agent makes a grand entrance demonstrating her skills in infiltration and sabotage. A vital asset in winter operations, cold-blooded and intolerant of weakness, she’s the perfect antagonist to fight against the NATO forces. Get access to Wraith for use in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone at Tier 0 in the Season Three Battle Pass, and unlock an additional Legendary Wraith Operator Skin at Tier 100.

How do I get the basic skin if I just bought the game and it’s now in season 5??? I have the new skin nefarious but I just want her normal look with the Mohawk.

Its in warzone store, just go to armory and click on the sniper rifle "lead weight". Thats the nefarious tactics bundle with the Wraith HAVOC skin :)
