Why don't the gems at the grip and magazine glow, like they do when you preview it? Do they glow the more amount of kills you get? Or do they glow in dark areas?

when you see the blueprint in your armory, click it and it should show you the bundle where it came from and you should be able to buy

  @Lilyflower I've got the STG-44 on max level since season 0 and the blueprint is shown in my armory but I wonder too how to apply it. Why is it shown there when you can't buy or unlock it?
