It is a Legendary blueprint variant of the base weapon XM4, one of the Assault Rifles featured in Call of Duty.

The Treasure Hunter blueprint was released in Season 5 (BOCW) as part of the Bundle Tracer Pack: Golden Lamp Mastercraft Bundle.
