The Primary Injection is a Weapon Blueprint available in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Warzone.

It is a Legendary blueprint variant of the base weapon FFAR 1, one of the Assault Rifles featured in Call of Duty.

The Primary Injection blueprint was released in Season 5 (BOCW) as part of the Bundle Chemical Reaction Pro Pack.
