Soap was released with the launch of the game on October 28, 2022, and became playable in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 when the game released on November 16, 2022, along with Season One.
Soap MW2 in-game character is based on the appearance of the real-life actor Neil Ellice, who also voices the character in the game.
