Had the same issue, finally got it by going into Vanguard and entering a clan name! Must be a bug.
Gotta say, luv thus weapon !

I'm literally recking my brain trying to figure out why this gun is in the only blueprint from the battle pass not in my weaponry after unlocking. Seems to me activsion needs to reimburse us, if the game isn't working properly! We bought the battle pass for a reason so I want my money worth. Please and thank you kindly
