It is a Legendary blueprint variant of the base weapon Groza, one of the Assault Rifles featured in Call of Duty.

The Wet Ops blueprint was released in Season 6 (BOCW), unlockable at Season 6 Level 50 Prestige Reward.

To unlock the Wet Ops weapon blueprint you must reach the Level 50 Prestige in Season 6.
