Type 99 Mod. 2 7x Telescopic

This is listed as a scope attachment on the Black Chaos blueprint, however when you max rank the Type 99 this isn't listed as an option under attachable scopes. Leads me to assume an error was made on the devs part as this appears to be the default scope on the Type 99
